The Otto’s Garage Door Guarantee
We’ve been fixing garage doors in Charlotte since 2004, and the guarantee hasn’t changed once in all those years: if the work isn’t done right, we make it right. It’s written on every invoice, in plain language, not buried in fine print. The 90-Day Done Right Promise means exactly what it sounds like. Ninety days after we leave your driveway, if something we touched fails or isn’t working the way it should, one call brings Otto back. No phone tree, no customer-service queue, no runaround. You call, we answer, we show up. That’s the whole deal.
What’s Covered
Here’s what stands behind every job we do in Charlotte, from a broken spring to a full door replacement.
- Workmanship. Every repair and installation we perform is covered by the 90-Day Done Right Promise, written on the invoice.
- Parts we supply. If a part we installed fails inside the warranty window, we replace it and stand behind the labor to put it in.
- Cleanup. Old springs, rollers, brackets, opener gears, packaging: it leaves with us, not in your garage.
- On-time arrival. When we say we’ll be there, we’re there. If something genuinely goes sideways, you’ll get a call from a live person, not a text from a call center.
- Honest pricing. The price quoted on the phone is the price at the door. If the job turns out smaller than expected, you pay less. It never goes the other way.
Our Satisfaction Promise
If something isn’t right, you don’t have to convince anyone or win an argument. You call (830) 259-0436 and tell the person who answers what’s wrong. Often that person is Otto himself. He’ll schedule the return visit, bring whatever the door needs, and make it right at no charge. If a repair is failing repeatedly and the real answer is that the door has simply reached the end of its service life, we’ll tell you that straight, show you what’s happening, and give you real options. You’ll never be upsold into a fix we wouldn’t put on our own door at home. The promise is simple: leave the job the way we’d want it done if it were our own garage in Charlotte.
Licensed & Insured Backing
A guarantee is only as good as the person and the company standing behind it. We’re state-licensed and insured, and our address and license number are published where any homeowner can check them before the truck ever arrives. You know who you’re hiring before the work begins: a locally owned, owner-operated company, not a national dispatch network sending whoever’s closest. Otto Reinhardt has been answering the phone at Otto’s Garage Door since 2004. The name on the van is the name on the invoice is the name on the license. That’s what makes the 90-Day Done Right Promise mean something: a real person, accountable in the same community where you live.
What Does the 90-Day Done Right Promise Cover?
The promise covers workmanship and the parts we supply for ninety days from the date of the job. If anything we touched isn’t holding up the way it should, we come back and fix it. You won’t pay for the return trip, the labor, or any part we replaced.
Will the Price Change Once You See the Door?
No. The quote you get on the phone is the price you pay when the work is done. If we arrive and find the job is smaller than we thought, the price goes down. If it’s bigger, we stop and talk to you before doing anything else. The price is always agreed, in writing, before work starts. Call (830) 259-0436 for an exact quote, and that’s the number you’ll see on the invoice.
Who Backs the Guarantee If Something Goes Wrong?
Otto Reinhardt, the owner. Not a warranty department, not a third-party administrator, not a call center. When you call about an issue on a job we did, you’re reaching the person whose name is on the business. He’s been in Charlotte, TX since 2004 and isn’t planning on going anywhere. The guarantee rides on his name and his reputation in the community, not on a corporate policy document.
Do You Work on All Major Garage Door Brands?
Yes. We service and repair doors and openers from LiftMaster, Chamberlain, Genie, Clopay, Amarr, Wayne Dalton, Craftsman, and Raynor. That breadth means we’re not married to one manufacturer’s parts catalog. If your opener from one brand is wearing out and a part from another fits better and lasts longer, we’ll tell you that.
